What You Will Learn
High Intensity Training (HIT) is a premier course reserved for graduates of previous TR Courses. This program is designed to push your current physical and mental limits, requiring a moderate level of physical fitness and a strong foundation in skill.
HIT introduces students to “advanced” skills, including low and no light runs in the Terminator, teamwork, communication, but ultimately a high level execution of fundamentals. The course features physically demanding drills and exercises that test your endurance and adaptability.
Throughout HIT, you’ll gain valuable insights from continuous evaluation and feedback from our experienced staff.
You’ll leave with a higher skill level, greater confidence, and a sense of accomplishment.
