What You Will Learn

Owning a handgun is one thing; knowing how to use it is another, and the ability to employ your firearm effectively in a defensive situation is another. This LADIES ONLY Defensive Handgun 1 (DH1) course is focused on equipping women with the essential skills and confidence needed to safely carry a firearm every day and be able to use it effectively should the need arise.

This course, TAUGHT BY A WOMAN, covers the fundamentals of gun safety, drawing, loading, and managing malfunctions PLUS offers tips, tricks, and techniques for better everyday concealment with your body shape and without having to sacrifice dressing femininely.

Each shooter will receive individual evaluation of their shooting mechanics along with personalized coaching to ensure improvement and increased confidence.

Ladies will have the opportunity to apply their improving and emerging skills in a safe and controlled environment to increasingly complex drills and tasks such as engaging multiple targets and zones, shooting targets at varied distances, moving targets, moving while shooting, and more. LADIES ONLY Defensive Handgun 1 is ideal for those women who already shoot handguns but would like to build their confidence, proficiency, and problem solving for real world defensive applications.

So whether you're seeking professional training for the first time, or a seasoned shooter wanting to refresh your core skills, Ladies Only DH1 provides a solid foundation, builds on it, and prepares you for a wide range of situations.

• Eye protection (at least one set of clear lenses)

• Handheld tactical-style flashlight (button on the tailcap)

• Hat with a brim

• Magazine pouch

• Range bag

• Sunscreen

• Rain gear

• Durable footwear

• Materials for note-taking

• Cleaning gear

• Special tools (e.g., Torx, hex)

Travel Reminder

When traveling with suppressors and short-barreled rifles (SBRs), ensure you carry the appropriate documentation at all times, especially in case of police stops.
