What You Will Learn

The M1 Carbine is often called anemic by those who have no actual idea of what this cartridge is capable of, but highly regarded by those on both the giving and receiving end. This little guy saw service in the hands of many soldiers, Marines, law enforcement, regular folks, and countless others over the better half of the last 80 years.

Boasting about double the energy of a 45 ACP (God’s Gun), the platform is lightweight, nearly zero recoil, and easy to shoot and manipulate with little training. It is an excellent choice for folks of small stature, or those living in prohibited states, plus they are fun to shoot and are pretty cool. 

We are offering this course in our Urban Rifle format. Similar class, different rifle, plus a ton of historical information regarding the development, manufacture, usage, and modern applications of the format. 

Frangible ammunition is required and we have it all on hand, with the course and ammo combo  being offered at a combined price (don’t try to find ammo, pretty sure we are the only folks with it.) 

Bring a good reliable rifle, lots of good mags and your favorite carriage platform and you are basically good to go. We provide the training and 1000 rounds of frangible ammo. 

This class covers multiple spectrums of the rifle, from the setup to effective employment. This course is suitable for shooters of all skill levels, from beginners to highly experienced shooters. Everyone leaves better and with more knowledge than when they came. 

This course focuses on using a rifle for self-defense at close range, typically considered handgun distance.

“This platform is awesome, my sons both have them, it is my daughter in law’s favorite gun to shoot, and I had a Sgt. at the Sheriff’s Office who carried an M2 as his patrol rifle for 20 years and swore by it. While it doesn’t have the same attributes as an AR-15, it is a viable platform for self defense, and has some very admirable attributes that the AR-15 does not, plus you can modernize it pretty easily if needed. We aren’t saying it is the BEST thing to fight with but it did pretty good against the nation’s enemies not too far back, and would probably do pretty well today.”

Travel Reminder

When traveling with suppressors and short-barreled rifles (SBRs), ensure you carry the appropriate documentation at all times, especially in case of police stops.
